PlaxWeb, a PlaxLabs studio

Websites built for real businesses.

Find a website close to your business and open it. Each one is set up to bring in bookings, orders or enquiries, and works as well on a phone as on a laptop.

Everything below is live

Open a menu, submit a form, tap WhatsApp, run a repayment calculator. Nothing here is a picture of a website.

02

Sold as an outcome, not a page count

A clinic buys appointments. A school buys admission enquiries. The website is how it happens.

03

Each one is its own design

Different typography, palette and structure, because each was drawn from a different business. Yours would be too.

Same studio, same frame

Nothing here shares a template.

The window does not move. Everything inside it does — the typeface, the palette, the structure, and what the business is actually trying to sell you.

The work

Find the one closest to your business.

Each of these was designed for a different business with a different problem to solve, so they look and behave nothing alike. They are finished, working websites: check a menu, request a slot, run a repayment calculator, plan a trip. Open them on your phone as well as your laptop.

Restaurant Orders & Reservations Website

A menu that opens instantly on any phone, reservations that arrive with date, party size and time, and a direct-ordering route that keeps the margin in the kitchen.

An Instagram page and a photo of the menua menu that reads on a phone, live opening status and a table request that lands on WhatsApp

What we build

How we think about each industry.

Every industry sells differently, so every website has to work differently. These pages set out what we think a website in each one has to get right, and why. Written to be useful whether or not you end up working with us.

The fair question

Why not just buy a $40 template?

If you need your name, address, phone number and a few photographs, buy one. It will be live this week and we will tell you so on the call.

Come to us when the website has a job to do: taking bookings, qualifying enquiries, filling an admission list, showing inventory, cutting the same phone call you answer ten times a day.

  1. We start with the enquiry, not the layout

The salon booking request arrives with service, stylist and time already filled in.

  2. Your prices, your rooms, your photographs

Your own service menus, fee tables, floor plans and tariffs, in place of placeholder copy.

  3. The phone version gets its own layout

Open any demo at 390px. Nothing is pinch-to-zoom or out of thumb reach.

  4. You own it outright

Code, domain and content are yours. No monthly licence for the site itself.

How a project runs

What happens after you get in touch.

  1. Day 1

    A 30-minute call

What you sell, who buys it, and what a good week looks like. We pick the closest demo and note what has to change.

  2. Day 2–4

    Structure & quote

You get a page-by-page plan, a fixed price and a delivery date. No hourly billing, no surprise line items.

  3. Week 1–2

    Design & build

We write the copy, art-direct the photography and build the site. You review a live link, not a PDF.

  4. Week 2–4

    Launch & handover

Domain, SSL, analytics, Google Business Profile and a 20-minute walkthrough so your team can update content.

Content is the usual reason a website is late. We write the first draft from your existing material and the demo you picked, so you are editing rather than staring at a blank page.

Designed twice

The same website, designed again for the phone.

On a laptop there is room to let a page breathe — wide imagery, several columns, a menu that sits open across the top.

1120 × 1836 capture

On a phone none of that survives. The order changes, the actions move within thumb reach, and the photographs are re-cropped for a portrait screen rather than letterboxed into it.

430 × 1720 capture

How pricing works

Every project is quoted on its own.

We do not publish a starting price, because the number depends almost entirely on scope and a figure without one is guesswork. Tell us what you need and you get a fixed price and a delivery date, usually within a working day, before you have committed to anything.

Get a fixed-price proposal
One fixed price, agreed before anything starts
You get a written scope and a single number. It does not move unless you ask for something that is not in the scope, and then you approve the change before it is built.
Quoted on scope, not on your industry
A ten-page school site costs more than a five-page salon site because it is more work. Two businesses asking for the same thing pay the same, whatever sector they are in.
No hourly billing
You are buying a finished website, not our time. If something takes us longer than we expected, that is our problem and it does not reach your invoice.
Nothing appears at the end
The proposal lists what is included and what is not. Anything we think you do not need yet is named as such and left out of the price rather than quietly added to it.
Paid in stages, against progress
40% to start, 40% when you approve the design, 20% before launch. Cancel before the design stage and the first instalment covers the work done — nothing further is owed.
You own what you paid for
Code, content and domain are yours at the end, in your accounts. There is no monthly licence for the site itself and nothing stops you taking it elsewhere.

Delivery times assume content and photographs arrive when we ask for them, which is the usual reason a website is late. Extra pages, a second language, online payments, a booking engine or a CRM connection are quoted alongside the base scope so you can see what each one adds before deciding.

Before you ask

Before you ask.

Can I just get one of these demo websites for my business?

Yes, that is what they are for. We take the demo closest to your business, replace the fictional brand with yours, restructure whatever does not fit, and shoot or source the photography. It is faster and cheaper than starting from a blank page, and you already know what you are getting.

Do I need to buy a domain and hosting separately?

A domain is yours to own, so we ask you to buy it (about $12 or ₹900 a year from any registrar — Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy), or we buy it and transfer it to you. Hosting is included: these sites run on Vercel, which is free at small-business traffic and stays fast without a server to maintain.

Will my website show up on Google?

We handle the on-page part properly: titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading and clean headings. We also set up or clean up your Google Business Profile, which is what actually drives local searches in any city. Ranking for competitive terms takes months and usually needs ongoing work; we will tell you honestly what to expect.

Can my team update the content ourselves?

For most Starter and Business sites, text and price changes are quick for us and included for the first 30 days, then charged in small blocks. If you need to publish regularly, whether that is offers, notices or new products, we add a content manager so your team can edit without touching code.

How do enquiries reach me?

Every form emails you instantly and can also drop into WhatsApp, Slack or a Google Sheet. Where WhatsApp is how your customers already talk to businesses, the buttons are pre-filled WhatsApp messages and click-to-call. Where it is not, the same buttons become SMS, iMessage or a booking link. We set this to your market, not ours.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, a rough list of services or products with prices, any existing photos, and 30 minutes on a call. We write the first draft of the copy. If your photos are weak, we will say so and suggest a shoot or licensed alternatives.

What are the payment terms?

40% to start, 40% when the design is approved, 20% before launch. A proper invoice for every payment, with GST where it applies. We take bank transfer, card and international payment links, and we quote in your currency. If you cancel before the design stage, the first instalment covers the work done and nothing more is owed.

Where are your clients based?

The studio works in English with businesses anywhere, and our published prices are shown in ₹ and $ for that reason — we also quote in AED, GBP and EUR. Several demos are set in Indian cities because that is where a lot of our work has been, but nothing about the build is specific to one country: currency, language, payment methods, booking flows and the way customers get in touch are all set to your market. Calls are scheduled around your time zone, not ours.
